The company is comprised of three customer operations divisions:

Contract Acquisition Division works with customers on two fronts. On one hand ICTPro can work with customers who are tendering for services by determining the specific business requirements and providing services during the tendering process from the preparation of the tender specification document through to evaluation of the tender responses and contract negotiation. On the other hand, ICTPro personnel have a proven track record of successfully managing the process for a customer responding to a tender. In this case, ICTPro performs the analysis of the tender document and manages the production and governance around the client’s response. It can also assist in the subsequent clarification phase and conduct of contract negotiations.
